Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phlbeast platform (accessible at phlbeast.club and any associated mobile applications or services, collectively the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of phlbeast following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. phlbeast reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phlbeast with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use phlbeast, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of phlbeast or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phlbeast or any other gaming platform for violations of terms or fraudulent activity.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. phlbeast reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phlbeast. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlbeast account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify phlbeast support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

phlbeast will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified phlbeast of a security breach prior to the activity occurring.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

phlbeast supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on phlbeast:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• phlbeast reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and source of funds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
• phlbeast does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or promotional credits are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion.

phlbeast reserves the right to reverse or void any transaction that is found to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these Terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

phlbeast offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• phlbeast reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on phlbeast are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

phlbeast uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted with real physical equipment under controlled conditions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phlbeast reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phlbeast's decision in such matters is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phlbeast and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phlbeast staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phlbeast Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of phlbeast or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phlbeast.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlbeast, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

phlbeast does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phlbeast's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

phlbeast reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phlbeast will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phlbeast operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by phlbeast's internal complaints process may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phlbeast support and allow a period of thirty (30) days for phlbeast to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
